Celebrate the TaTas brings together the cultural arts community and Hadassah’s global initiative of increasing research budgets to battle breast cancer. Celebrate the TaTas is a unique breast cancer program that crosses the divide of age, economics, race and religion. It educates, celebrates, and empowers women through artistic expression to raise funds for breast cancer research.
Hadassah connects Jewish women and empowers them to effect change through advocacy, advancing health and well-being, and support of Israel. Our members, from every congressional district in the nation, are activists, fundraisers and visionaries. They don’t just talk. Hadassah women DO.
Celebrate the TaTas is a multifaceted series of events which educates, celebrates, and empowers women. The program reflects the breast cancer journey in that there are stops and starts along the way. It is an inclusive experience bringing together survivors, supporters, friends, and family members affected by breast cancer. Celebrate the TaTas is part of Hadassah’s mission is to enhance the health of people worldwide by supporting medical research at the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem, Israel. Celebrate the TaTas is an innovative way to help fulfill that mission and provides a positive experience for everyone, be it a participant, donor or guest.
